Who we share it with

We share only what is needed to deliver your trip with: our guides and Local Legends; accommodation, transport, activity and partner operators; payment processors; and the software we use to run our business (such as our CRM, email and website providers). Some of these are located outside Australia and Chile — mainly in Chile, Argentina and other South American destinations, and cloud providers that may store data in the United States, Europe or elsewhere. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect your information.

We never sell your personal information. We may disclose it if required by law or in an emergency to protect someone's life or health.

Photos

We may take photos and videos on trips for marketing. Tell us or your guide if you prefer not to appear, and we will respect that.

How we protect it

We store information in secure, password-protected systems and limit access to people who need it. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and tax requirements, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, update or delete your personal information, object to its use for marketing, or withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the relevant data protection authority in Chile or, in Australia, to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
